Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and data stories to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
