Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade network architectures including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity
- Implement and optimize Cisco/Juniper routing/switching infrastructure with BGP/OSPF protocols
- Manage network security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Lead network migration projects and disaster recovery planning for critical business systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and proactively resolve service disruptions
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integrations (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers and document network configurations according to ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience (CCNP/JNCIP required)
- 5+ years designing/managing enterprise networks with 10,000+ endpoints
- Expertise in Cisco Nexus/Juniper EX/QFX series and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong knowledge of network automation (Python/Ansible) and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with network virtualization (NSX/VirtualBox) and container orchestration
- Valid CCIE or JNCIE certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and network flow analysis
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with SLA-driven environments
