Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure supporting 24/7 operations
- Manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with focus on cost optimization and security compliance
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover testing
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Document SOPs and maintain configuration management in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability remediation and penetration testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise system administration in hybrid environments
- Expert-level certifications: AWS SysOps/DevOps or Azure Administrator
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong background in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Nagios) and alerting systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
