What You Will Do:
Our Data Analysts are responsible for gathering, interpreting, and presenting data in ways that are understandable to non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with management to identify trends and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, queries, and reports to support business operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
