Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve critical issues
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing metrics
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent testing certification
