Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components for consistency
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and justify design choices
- Participate in cross-functional agile ceremonies and design reviews
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design thinking (projects welcome even without professional experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of design principles (color, typography, layout)
- Willingness to learn industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback
- High school diploma or equivalent (design degree preferred but not required)
