Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Present design strategies to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user advocacy
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
