Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical recruitment strategies for 2026's emerging tech roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Bioinformatics)
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier engineering talent across specialized tech communities
- Design innovative sourcing pipelines using AI-powered recruitment tools and niche platforms
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define future workforce needs for 2026 product roadmaps

Qualifications
