Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy for high-impact technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML).
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing platforms and predictive analytics to identify passive candidates in a competitive market.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline focusing on 2026-ready skills and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with CTOs and Hiring Managers to understand complex technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Conduct compelling technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality and market fit.
- Optimize job descriptions and candidate experience to reduce time-to-hire and improve employer branding.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the US market.
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill technical positions (Full Stack, Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity).
- Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing market trends.
- Experience with data analytics to track recruitment metrics and ROI.
