- Implement AI-powered recruitment tools while maintaining human-centric candidate evaluation
- Lead employer branding initiatives positioning QLI as the destination for future-forward talent
- Analyze labor market trends and skill-gaps to proactively shape recruitment priorities

Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in emerging tech/futurism
- Expertise in sourcing candidates for AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech domains
- Proven track record of placing specialized roles in pre-commercial technologies
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment automation tools (Greenhouse, Lever, HireVue)
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative recruitment campaigns for emerging fields
- Deep understanding of 2026 workforce trends and skill evolution
- Mastery of behavioral interviewing for competency-based assessment
