Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies specifically tailored for our 2026 growth targets.
- Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to understand and articulate technical needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software or tech industry.
