- Lead employer branding initiatives across Web3 and metaverse platforms
- Implement AI-driven interview assessment frameworks
- Architect internal mobility programs for upskilling technical talent
- Manage recruitment tech stack integration including NLP-based candidate screening
- Champion DEI initiatives in technical hiring processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing specialization
- Proven expertise in recruitment automation tools (HireVue, Eightfold AI, SeekOut)
- Advanced data analysis skills with recruitment metrics modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech talent markets and 2026 skill projections
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (CTR) or Talent Analytics
- Experience with decentralized hiring platforms and blockchain credential verification
- Demonstrated success in scaling technical teams during technological transitions
