Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Perform system backups, updates, and patches to ensure system stability and security.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users and resolve technical tickets efficiently.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network devices.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and system performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
