Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Configure, troubleshoot, and repair Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts.
- Ensure network security, implement firewalls, and manage VPN access.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to internal staff and resolve complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to support on-site infrastructure.
