Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations
- Lead data quality improvement initiatives and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects required
