Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Maintain a deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) with the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
