What You'll Do:
You will manage our on-premise and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless operations for our growing client base. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach to system maintenance and a keen eye for security.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure using Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user authentication protocols.
- Automate administrative tasks and deployments using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Monitor system health, performance, and security logs to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and data backup strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
