Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system hardening against advanced cyber threats
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform and optimize CI/CD workflows
- Monitor system performance using ELK stack and proactively resolve capacity bottlenecks
- Manage enterprise-level virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure-as-code principles
- Document system architectures and create comprehensive runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise system administration with proven hybrid cloud experience
- Expert-level certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Advanced scripting proficiency (Python/Bash) for automation and monitoring
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking protocols
- Experience with infrastructure security frameworks (NIST, CIS Benchmarks)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts and respond to critical incidents within 15 minutes
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
