Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and routers
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support and incident response
- Automate system tasks using PowerShell/Python/Bash scripting
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) deployments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of system administration experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and cloud services
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Linux+, or MCSA preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
