Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate system monitoring and remediation using scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise network components
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and system documentation
- Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and business continuity
- Optimize system performance and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or MCSE) strongly preferred
- Proficient in scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security best practices
- Ability to manage high-priority incidents and SLA compliance
