Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect organizational data.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to end-users and resolve complex IT issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
