Your Mission:
As a Strategic Technology Lead, you will not just manage teams; you will define the technology landscape of 2026. You will identify emerging tech trends, assess their viability for our product suite, and drive their implementation to ensure we remain market leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into a comprehensive, long-term technical strategy.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient microservices architectures capable of handling exponential growth and next-gen AI integration.
- Lead Engineering Transformation: Guide cross-functional teams in adopting modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Drive Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as quantum computing readiness and generative AI.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Oversee technical governance, ensuring all 2026 initiatives adhere to strict security and regulatory standards.
- Partner with Product & Sales: Act as a technical advisor to product managers and sales teams, providing insights that drive go-to-market strategies.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior architects and fostering continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (3-5 year horizon) and translate complex concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed engineering teams and driving cultural change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
