Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure system stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
