Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create and refine complex prompt chains and templates to optimize LLM output for specific business use cases.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and qualitative analysis to assess model performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases regarding prompt engineering best practices.
- Feedback Loops: Establish continuous feedback loops with users to iteratively improve prompt strategies and model behavior.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and Generative AI to apply innovative techniques to our projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Prompt Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Cohere).
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creativity: Strong creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and nuance in language.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
