Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover actionable insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements
- Present design rationale and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
