Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software architectures for equity option pricing engines.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate mathematical models into code.
- Optimize database performance and ensure low-latency data processing.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture planning sessions.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (C++, Python, or Java preferred).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, or equity options is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
