Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and wireframing to define product strategy.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system for consistency.
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback to optimize conversion rates.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in designing mobile-responsive web applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
