Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
- Perform both manual and automated testing across various platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Analyze application logs and system behavior to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and querying.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting test results and reporting to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
