Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to drive product decisions.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Craft and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, from mobile apps to web platforms.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic animation principles is a plus.
