Responsibilities
- Assist users with hardware/software troubleshooting via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and data protection protocols
- Support cloud-based applications (Microsoft 365, Azure) and mobile device management
- Complete weekly training modules and certification exams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy

- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
