Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and defect-tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for web and mobile applications
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability
- Maintain test documentation and provide clear bug reports
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
