Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, QA) to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Optimize existing products and features based on user feedback and analytics data.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience in a product-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including case studies that highlight your design process.
- Proficiency in designing for multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Tablet) and devices.
- Expert level proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch, with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
