Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for B2B SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect prototypes
- Analyze user behavior data (Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive design improvements
- Establish and maintain design systems for scalable user interfaces
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders with clear business justification
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing enterprise products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating data-informed design decisions
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for design workflow
