Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions and optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS/FinTech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, and visual design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies
- Excellent collaboration skills with product and engineering teams
- BS/MS in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Ability to start immediately upon offer acceptance
