Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across 15+ digital products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
- Experience working in agile development environments
