Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across hybrid cloud environments
- Implement security protocols including VPNs and intrusion detection systems
- Document network configurations and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on AWS/Azure integrations
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise network administration with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and wireless networking (Wi-Fi 6)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
