Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web/mobile applications using manual and automated tools
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues and validate fixes
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis for product releases
- Maintain test documentation and improve QA processes
- Participate in sprint planning and release ceremonies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in functional, regression, and usability testing
- Proficiency with Selenium, Postman, and test automation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
