Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interface designs and wireframes.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and business goals alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of the design process, from research to delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is highly preferred.
