Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate based on feedback
- Develop user journey maps and interaction flows to optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to design
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
