Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery.
- Present design concepts and justify decisions to stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and improve product experiences continuously.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate the full design process from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Framer or InVision.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
