Responsibilities
- Lead UX research initiatives including user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and client teams
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Expertise in creating design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
