Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and analytics analysis
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
