Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture for complex enterprise applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with industry design trends and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with enterprise software
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Proficiency in user testing methodologies and A/B testing frameworks
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
