Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into seamless user experiences.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and data-driven results.
- Conduct thorough accessibility audits to ensure products are inclusive for all users.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to understand technical constraints.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationales to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
