You'll have the opportunity to influence product roadmaps while working with cutting-edge technologies including GPT-4, Claude, and custom-trained models.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine prompt engineering strategies for enterprise AI applications
- Develop comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create prompt templates for diverse use cases including customer service, content generation, and data analysis
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model fine-tuning parameters
- Document prompt engineering best practices and train internal stakeholders
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant advancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction design
- Expertise with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API integrations
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt architectures
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
