Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems across Windows/macOS environments
- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with network teams on connectivity and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system deployments
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for IT infrastructure
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and procurement documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- 6+ months of hands-on experience with OS troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ticketing systems
