Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to drive product strategy.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to optimize user flows and increase conversion rates.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
