Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through our structured growth program
- Champion accessibility standards across all digital products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ shipped products with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping methodologies
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Certification in UX research or design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Google UX Design)
- Proven ability to lead design sprints and stakeholder workshops
