We are looking for a strategic and user-centric UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while delivering exceptional digital products that our users love.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analytics, and usability testing results.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, inclusive, and follow WCAG guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and prototyping libraries (e.g., React, Bootstrap) is a plus.
