Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Design and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and product teams effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current UI/UX trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
